Due to the nature of Print-on-Demand services, SimplyFoxDesign does not accept returns. This includes orders of buyer’s remorse, face masks or clothing items. Please ensure you are choosing the correct item size when you purchase products from this site.
REFUNDS
Any claims for order issues, including misprinted/damaged/defective items, must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.
Claims deemed an error on the manufacturers part is covered at the manufacturers expense. Photo evidence is required *
